Products
All photographic prints are sold as physical products and are made to order. Product images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual print colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment must be received in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment. Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
All prints are made to order and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected where required by law, based on the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes not collected at checkout.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Kat Binder Photography and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright ownership.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
