Because all prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyers remorse or size preference.

However, your satisfaction is important! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

1) Your name & order number

2) Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional charge

Please note that colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to monitor calibration and printing processes. These variations are not considered defects.

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once printing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
